My smoothie self-challenge has already the countdown and this time I wanted a smoothie with healthy blueberries and flax seed meal. Both are anti cancer and highly nutritious. Blueberries – like all kinds of berries – help to clean the blood, contain loads of antioxidants which kill free radicals, they help with cardiovascular diseases and they reduce DNA damages.
Flax seed meal is high in omega-3 essential fatty acids, they help to regular estrogen in women’s body (helpful during menopause) and have a lot of fiber. The Budwig cancer cure is based mainly on flax seed meal.
So this morning I had a super healthy smoothie mixed with a banana and super fresh grape juice. It was sooo good. Hope you will enjoy it like me!
