30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 29)

This next week I will leave for my fall house-sitting in a friends home in Germany. So my smoothie-weeks will end just in time and I don’t need my blender during my time out. I indulged in my invention of today and thought “Oh gosh, I will miss them!” Well, smoothies are best in summer when it’s hot, you have plenty of fruits of choice and live more or less from salads and fruits only. Winter is more a warm soup season.

For my now last invention of a smoothie I looked up what I have: an orange, 3 kiwi, half an apple. OK, a fruit-only smoothie it will be. I added some almond butter and a few goji berries. And voilà! here is a super creamy and sunny health drink. The taste is so great. Very orange with a hint of almond and some crispy goji berries on top. Oh, so creamy!

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until all smooth and creamy
Recipe Notes

Put some crispy goji berries on the top and serve cold.

If it is too dense simple add another cup of orange juice.

I peeled the fruits in order to get a clear color. Unpeeled they will be more healthy, more filling because of more fiber.
