30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 27)

Today is my invention day! My smoothie self-challenge goes to it’s end – just another three days – and so I need to use all my fruits and veggies I still have. After 30 days of smoothies every morning and a longer trip out for my house-sitting ‘job’ I will not have a smoothie for a while I think.

Today I finally opened the avocado, took a banana and the rest of the papaya, added some frozen nut milk, a little nut butter, a teaspoon of honey and a hint of curcumin. Turmeric or curcumin is extremely healthy and perfect to prepare the body for the colder period.

The smoothie has a great taste and because I added some coconut flour as well it has a really super creamy consistency.

Enjoy!

Recipe Notes

Decorate with some curcumin if you like it even more spicy. Or use some cinnamon for a sweeter taste.

Be careful with the coconut flour. As it absorbs a lot of liquid the smoothie could become a custard. If you put too much, simply add some other nut milk or even fresh water.
