Simple Chocolate Ice Cream with Lemoncello

In summer, I am not a really great chocolate lover while in the winter time I love hot chocolate a lot. But I wanted to give it a try and made some chocolate ice cream. And with this one I could do a real exception!

Easy peasy just four ingredients with a secret ingredient. A can of coconut milk, a tablespoon of honey, a tablespoon of cacao and two teaspoons of carob. That’s all. Oh, stop! The secret ingredient to give a different taste is missing. Lemoncello… gives it a light lemon taste.
