Ingredients
- 200 ml coconut milk
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp cacao powder
- 2 tsp carob gum
- 1/4 cup Lemoncello (optional)

Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a bowl and transfer the muxture into a container for the freezer.
- Put into the freezer at least 6 hours or over night.
Recipe Notes
Instead of Lemoncello you can use anything else. What about Countreau? Or Bailey's? Let your taste and phantasy give you new ideas.
