30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 9)

Today is a pure day! I have finally again a very white and ‘clean’ looking smoothie. I used just three ingredients: coconut milk, a pear and a banana. I topped with some cinnamon.

Bananas are very healthy. They are excellent suppliers for vitamin B 6. But did you know they contain serotonin, dopamine and norepinephrine? I like bananas in smoothies and also in baked goods but not too much as a fruit only.

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth.

This is just one glass of smoothie. I topped with a sprinkle of cinnamon and put my flax seed oil in as well.
