Maybe the color of today’s smoothie doesn’t look super healthy but for sure super inviting! But it’s a nutrition bursting drink that will boost your metabolism and your immune system.
Today I used blackcurrant (that’s why the color is so intensive), an apple, a handful of spinach, a few nuts, a teaspoon of barley grass powder and a little water to make it less dense. Enjoy this purple temptation!
Ingredients
- 1 apple
- 125 gr blackcurrant
- 100 gr spinach
- 5 walnuts
- 5 almonds
- 1 tbsp barley grass powder
- 100 ml water

- Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until completely smooth.
