Today I chose some salad in my smoothie. With all the fruit drinking I need definitely more salad. And maybe some more herbs as well. So mint leaves are a good choice for today.
I love this grapefruit smoothie. I started the day with this and had the rest of it during the morning. It is never only one portion but all the time a great meal substitute. Never have a smoothie as a drink with a meal!
- Add all the ingredients into your blender and blend until smooth.
I didn't put the whole peeled orange and grapefruit but just the filet and the juice. That makes the smoothie finer.
Don't put too dark green salad as it ruins the color 😉
