30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 22)

In the last days I had the feeling when I don’t have a banana in the morning something is missing. So this morning I decided for another banana smoothie. And this time with almond milk and some sweet dates. It came out that this is by far my favorite morning smoothie!

To give this warm, smooth and sweet smoothie the right surrounding I was playing today with less light and some warm wooden background. The result I confess I like a lot. The eye gets the right feeling of the smoothie I had while drinking it.

Hope you will enjoy it like I did! It is a relaxing start into a busy day…

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth

I let the smoothie for 90 seconds in the blender to be sure the dates are well done. The result was not only a super smooth drink but also lightly warm.

For decoration – and of course health – I used some cinnamon. Some almond meal would be great as well.
