30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 21)

Days are going by and I am starting the round of my smoothie self challenge. Days are getting also more cloudy, less light and it seems, summer definitely has gone and fall is arriving. Days are shorter now, cool breeze in the mountains and here in the plains still warm but not beach-time anymore.

So today I was not too much motivated and chose a simple quick smoothie with just apples and carrots, some flax seed oil for a better digestion of the carrots and some water to make the smoothie drinkable. But this smoothie is great for my eyes and will definitely boost my metabolism as well.

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until smooth

In case it is too dense for your taste you can add some more fresh water until the smoothie reaches the consistency you like most.
