Today I opted for a sour smoothie as I don’t like all the time the sweetness of the fruit. And I think it doesn’t do any good to me. Another reason is that I need to use the fruit I still have. So my morning smoothie today is a mix of….
… lemon, orange, some coconut milk and an apple. I loved the fresh drink, not too sweet and very refreshing.
Ingredients
- 2 fresh lemon juice
- 3 apples
- 2 tbsp pomegranate (kernels only)
- 1 orange
- 1 cup coconut milk

- Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth.
