In a bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix well. Then add one after the other the eggs, the vanilla and the milk. Stir continuously until all is well combined.
Take a small pan and put 1 ladle of the batter. Let the pancake get golden on moderate heat. With a spatula flip the pancake on the other side and let it get golden again. Transfer the pancake on a dish and let it cool a little. Meanwhile prepare the next pancake.
When all are done put some maple syrup on the top and enjoy!
