Ingredients
Dry ingredients:
- 2 c almond flour
- 2 tbsp tapioca flour
- 1 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp lavender leaves (chopped)
Wet ingredients:
- 2 eggs
- 1 c almond milk
- 1 tsp bourbon vanilla
Servings: pancakes
Instructions
- In a bowl put all the dry ingredients and mix well. Then add one after the other the eggs, the vanilla and the milk. Stir continuously until all is well combined.
- Take a small pan and put 1 ladle of the batter. Let the pancake get golden on moderate heat. With a spatula flip the pancake on the other side and let it get golden again. Transfer the pancake on a dish and let it cool a little. Meanwhile prepare the next pancake.
- When all are done put some maple syrup on the top and enjoy!
