Ingredients
- 200 g walnuts
- 50 g sesame seeds
- 1 pochet rennet
- 1/2 tsp agar agar
- 1 tsp pink pepper
- 1 tbsp chives (freshly chopped or dried)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 3 cups water

Instructions
- Put the nuts and sesame seeds into a bowl of water and let them stay overnight.
- In a small bowl dissolve the rennet and the agar agar in the water.
- Take the walnuts and sesame seeds out of the water and give them a quick wash.
- Put the nuts and seeds and all the rest of the ingredients (except the rennet agar agar water) in a bigger bowl and stir until all is well combined.
- Then add the rennet agar agar water and combine all with a wooden spoon until it's a cream.
- Put the cream into a cheese cloth or a colander and let it stay overnight. The liquid should drip out completely.
- Put the cheese ball on a plate and let it stay a little time in the fridge to firm best.
- Serve with paleo crackers or fruity jam.
