Ingredients

Instructions
  1. Put the nuts and sesame seeds into a bowl of water and let them stay overnight.
  2. In a small bowl dissolve the rennet and the agar agar in the water.
  3. Take the walnuts and sesame seeds out of the water and give them a quick wash.
  4. Put the nuts and seeds and all the rest of the ingredients (except the rennet agar agar water) in a bigger bowl and stir until all is well combined.
  5. Then add the rennet agar agar water and combine all with a wooden spoon until it's a cream.
  6. Put the cream into a cheese cloth or a colander and let it stay overnight. The liquid should drip out completely.
  7. Put the cheese ball on a plate and let it stay a little time in the fridge to firm best.
  8. Serve with paleo crackers or fruity jam.
