Instructions
- Use a normal blender.
- Put the cream, dates, harissa and curry in the pot.
- Add some salt and just a little bit of cream. In case it will be too dry, you can add more.
- Put the cover on the pot and start mixing.
- Slowly add some cream that it won't be too dry but still spreadable without dropping
Recipe Notes
The dip is really a highlight in the evening. I like homemade sweet potato chips (sliced sweet potatoes dried in the oven) or also vegetable sticks with it. But of course the dip can go with all where a dip is required. Like also for a barbecue.
Note: the date dip has a little sweet touch because of the dates and a spicy because of the harissa which is a Tunisian paste of chili and other spices.
