1 (or more)tbspcream(use coconut cream if dairy-free)
Use a normal blender.
Put the cream, dates, harissa and curry in the pot.
Add some salt and just a little bit of cream. In case it will be too dry, you can add more.
Put the cover on the pot and start mixing.
Slowly add some cream that it won't be too dry but still spreadable without dropping
The dip is really a highlight in the evening. I like homemade sweet potato chips (sliced sweet potatoes dried in the oven) or also vegetable sticks with it. But of course the dip can go with all where a dip is required. Like also for a barbecue.
Note: the date dip has a little sweet touch because of the dates and a spicy because of the harissa which is a Tunisian paste of chili and other spices.
