Summer in Travemünde is warm, nearly never really hot. The beaches with the characteristic beach baskets are inviting and many times you see the beaches nearly overcrowded with people. Many events at this time are happening in the various places and an open-air cinema on the beach is a great attraction. Fun is one of the most important things in Travemünde during summer.
