Ingredients
- 3 cups coconut flakes
- 1.5 cup sliced almonds
- 1 cup pumpkin seeds
- 0.5 cup sesame seeds
- 0.5 cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3/4 tsp sea salt
- 0.5 tsp cinnamon
- 12 medjool dates (pitted and diced)
- 0.5 cup raw honey
- 2 tbsp coconut oil
- 0.5 tsp bourbon vanilla

Instructions
- Preheat the oven on 175°C/350°F.
- In a small sauce pan add the honey, the coconut oil and the vanilla. Put on the fire and let all melt well. Stir all the time so nothing can burn. When the ingredients are melted, take off the heat and let it cool a little bit.
- Meanwhile add all the rest of the ingredients into a big bowl and mix them. Then add the honey-oil mixture and stir well until all is combined.
- Now put some parchment paper on a baking tray and transfer the granola mixture on it. Make an even level and move to the oven. Let it bake and get golden for 20 minutes.
- Take out of the oven and let it cool well. Now transfer the ready granola into air-tight containers.
- Enjoy for breakfast!
