  1. Wash and peel the figs.
  2. Put them into the blender and switch on just for some seconds to make a smooth, thick fig sauce.
  3. Transfer the fig sauce into a cooking pot and add the honey, lemon juice and the pectin.
  4. Let all cook and stir from time to time paying attention that the jam doesn't stick on the bottom of the pot.
  5. Meanwhile prepare a few jam glaces passing boiling water in them in order to sterilize them.
  6. Pour the hot jam into jam glaces with a screw cap. Turn them upside-down for 5 minutes and then back on the right side.
  7. Let the jam glaces cool out completely before you store them in your pantry.
Recipe Notes

The jam honestly doesn't require any honey in order to sweet it. But some like it sweet sweet. You can give some more interesting taste with adding cinnamon, cognac, another fruit or whatever comes in your mind.
