Crumbs on Travel on Facebook and an Oil Painting

Hi folks,

I know: it’s unusual that I write such kind of blog text but I want you to know that these days I started a fanpage on Facebook.

Who already is following me on Facebook under my name have now the possibility to switch on the Crumbs on Travel and get only the content that matters with the blog. Means: health, paleo, travel. And no personal interests of mine anymore.

Or the other way round: who will stay only with me on facebook is finally free from my blog interests. Your choice!

And there is some other news: a friend of mine is a great painter. And in occasion of an event she wanted to participate she decided to bring a painting as well. A new one. And asked me to be her model. I was delighted and posed.
