The original recipe used pineapple instead of melon.
I used coconut milk, in the recipe they used coconut water. There should be a difference at least in the consistency of the final smoothie.
The lemon juice should be lime juice. I had no lime so I took the lemon.
You can decorate the glasses with some coconut flakes that make more scene. I hadn’t any unfortunately.
It s a summer drink and would be great when served cold. So let it sit for an hour or more int he fridge before serving. I don’t like too much cold drinks so I had mine at room temperature and I loved it as well!
