  1. Don’t take a blender to mix the ingredients! Cottage cheese or quark, nut milk, flax seed oil, fruits and cinnamon are mixed well with a spoon. Separately grind freshly the flax seed in a coffee grinder. Put all in a cereal bowl and on the top some nuts or granola.

It’s a healthy and very rich breakfast that takes me for at least 5 hours without even thinking about eating something.
