It is over a year that I started with the protein-oil-diet. I read a lot about the discoveries by Johanna Budwig who was a great scientist and cured a lot of people from cancer. Flax seed oil gives the blood the missing oxygen and though cures a lot of deceases.
I buy my daily flax seed oil in a mill in Germany which is also sending overseas. I love this oil, also eating a spoonful without anything else.
Every morning I have a kind of muesli. And even when I am out somewhere on holidays I find the way to get flax seed oil. I really feel better since I decided to eat flax seed oil every morning.
Ingredients
- 50 gr cottage cheese
- 1 handful fruits of the season
- 2 tbsp nut milk of your choice
- 2 tbsp flax seed oil
- 2 tbsp flax seeds freshly grounded
- 1 handful nuts or granola
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon

- Don't take a blender to mix the ingredients! Cottage cheese or quark, nut milk, flax seed oil, fruits and cinnamon are mixed well with a spoon. Separately grind freshly the flax seed in a coffee grinder. Put all in a cereal bowl and on the top some nuts or granola.

It's a healthy and very rich breakfast that takes me for at least 5 hours without even thinking about eating something.
