Ingredients
- 500 gr pumpkin
- 1 sweet potatoes (medium seize)
- 1 big onion
- 3 gloves garlic
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp ground ginger
- 1/2 tsp chili flakes
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp curry
- olive oil
- 1/2 can coconut cream
- 200 gr shrimp
- 1.5 liter vegetable soup

Instructions
- In a big enough pot drizzle some olive oil and let it warm on the stove. Put garlic and onion chopped into small pieces and let them lightly golden.
- Meanwhile clean and chop the pumpkin and the sweet potatoes.
- Transfer in the pot, add the vegetable soup and stir. Add the spices, stir again and let it cook slowly for 50 minutes.
- With an immersion blender blend the soup until creamy.
- Add the coconut cream and the shrimp and let simmer for another 10 minutes.
- Serve hot and steamy!
