- 1 orange (fresh squeezed)
- 1/2 apple (peeled)
- 3 kiwi (white, peeled)
- 2 tbsp almond butter
- 1 handful dried Goji berries
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until all smooth and creamy
Put some crispy goji berries on the top and serve cold.
If it is too dense simple add another cup of orange juice.
I peeled the fruits in order to get a clear color. Unpeeled they will be more healthy, more filling because of more fiber.
