  1. Put a a big pot on the stove, put some olive oil and saute the onion, garlic bell pepper and bacon.
  2. Then add the sausage, saute. Add the chicken and saute. Add the red wine.
  3. Add, the tomatoes and let it get heat. Then add the chicken broth and the rice in once. Add also the spices. Stir and cover with a lit. Let it cook on medium heat for around 30 minutes,
  4. When the rice is soft and all the liquid is gone the Jambala is ready to serve.
  5. Garnish with some parsley or chives.
Recipe Notes

In case you use shrimp substitute the red wine with white wine.
