Ingredients
- 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
- 1 cup fruit puree
- 2 tbsp raw honey
- 15 gr gelatin powder

Instructions
- Put the lemon juice and the honey into a sauce pan and heat it. When the honey is completely dissolved add the gelantin and stir until completely combined.
- Now add this to the fruit puree and combine well.
- Fill the mixture into molds of your choice and let them cool in the fridge for around 4 hours
Recipe Notes
I used red currants as they looked so good int he supermarket. So I added honey. Other fruit doesn't need honey as sweetener, so omit.
I used very small molds (for chocolates normally) and bigger ones like on the photo. I didn't like the smaller, they are less comfortable to grab and I like to have two bites.
