Ingredients
- 1 cup ham fat pieces
- 1 onion
- 1 glove garlic
- 1 broccolo
- 1 carrot
- 1 sweet potato
- 1 handful green beans
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 1 L beef broth
- 1 tsp pink salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp paprica
- 1 tsp curry
- 1 tsp origano
- 1 tsp parsley (chopped)
- 1 can coconut cream

Instructions
- In a big pot put some olive oil and the ham fat, the onions and the garlic. Let it brown lightly.
- Clean the broccoli, green beans, sweet potato and the carrot. Cut all in middle seize pieces. Add the vegetables and the diced tomatoes to the onion-fat mixture.
- Stir and add the beef broth. Put to boil and add all the spices. Let the soup simmer for an hour ca. The vegetables should be all soft.
- Add the coconut cream and stir. With the immersion blender go through the soup just to make it a little more dense without blending all up.
- Serve hot with fresh bread or fried polenta slices.
