Instructions
- Wash the cherries, dry them and take off the stones cutting them in pieces.
- Fill the cherries in a big jar, add the honey or maples syrup and the Wodka and stir well. The honey should dissolve. Close the lid and store the jar in a dark place. From time to time shake the jar lightly.
- After two months filter the cherries and use them for a cake, a cherry pie or what comes into your mind. Fill the cherry liquor into a clean bottle, close it and store.
Recipe Notes
Instead of the cherries you could use any other kind of fruit.
You don't need to use Wodka, any other alcohol would work the same.
