Ingredients
- 1 middle cauliflower head
- 1 liter vegetable soup
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1 tsp chilli
- 1 tsp turmeric
- 2 middle onions
- 2 pieces garlic
- olive oil

Instructions
- Clean the cauliflower head from its leaves. I always let the inner leaves and cook them as well. Cut the cauliflower into smaller pieces and as well a good part of the stem.
- Clean the sweet potato and cut it into smaller pieces as well.
- Clean the onion and garlic and dice.
- In a bigger pot put some olive oil and let the onion and garlic brown.
- Add the vegetables, the vegetable soup and all spices.
- Let it cook for half an hour or until the vegetables are soften.
- Take a handblender and blend until all is creamy.
- Serve hot and garnish with some greens like parsley.
Recipe Notes
If you have some paleo bread or crackers they are going well with the creamy soup.
