- 125 gr blueberries
- 1 tbsp flax seed (freshly grounded)
- 300 ctl grape juice (fresh)

- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until completely smooth and creamy
Recipe Notes
Let it blend 90 seconds to be sure it will be perfectly smooth.
Be aware because of the flax seed the smoothie will firm a little bit. Or serve with a spoon or simply put more grape juice..
