Ingredients
- 200 gr peeled and sliced ginger
- 100 gr coconut sugar
- 1 tbsp fresh ground lemon zest
- 1.5 ltr fresh water

Instructions
- Put the ginger, the lemon zest, and the sugar in a blender, mix with a little bit of water to a nearly liquid consistency.
- Add the rest of water and mix just some seconds.
Recipe Notes
At winter time it's great to add hot water. In that case stir the second part in a pot. In summer it's best to serve ice cold, maybe with ice cubes added. Put also with some mint leaves the taste is super fresh.
