Add the milk slowly in order to get a smoothie, creamy dough.
Clean, peal and slice the apples
Fill the dough in the mini cake tray.
Put the apple slices on the top of the little cakes.
Bake for 25 minutes at 160°C.
Take them off the oven and let them cool out on a cake rack.
Because the almond flour has no gluten it can't really rise. The baking powder has not enough strength and so the dough rises in the oven just a little bit.
The cake is best the next day and very juicy. With a little bit of cream really perfect for every guest.
Attention: The smaller the forms are the shorter the time the cake has to be baked. So in the round cake-tray it needs about 40 minutes. If you like to try the recipe with muffin-forms they will take around 10 - 15 minutes to be ready.
If there are left overs just store the cake covered in the fridge. The cake has nearly no carbs if you use stevia instead of honey. So it is perfect also with diabetes.
