  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until perfectly smooth.

Who doesn’t want to drink the apple kernels can cut out that part. I used the whole apple as it was organic and apple kernels are also important to eat sometimes.

The cinnamon could be replaced also with vanilla.

As vegetable juice I took the veggies I found in my fridge (carrots and cucumber) and juiced them with a juicer.
