Ingredients
- 175 ml coconut milk (full fat)
- 1 tbsp raw honey
- 1 tbsp almond puree
- some drops almond extract (bitter almond is the best!)

Instructions
- Put all ingredients in a blender and mix well.
- Transfer the liquid into the ice maker machine and let it work until the ice cream has the consistence you want to.
- Put two ice cream balls in a small bowl, decorate with some sliced almonds and serve.
Recipe Notes
Instead of the almond puree you can take any other taste. Fresh strawberry puree is amazingly tasty as well. That was my very first try and I loved it! Of course then you omit the almond extract.
Instead of sliced almonds on the almond ice cream you can poor also chocolate sauce, any fruit sauce or eat it as it is. Cinnamon is perfect as well.
