Hot Chocolate with a Light Orange Taste

So I love to prepare a single portion, just in the moment I am longing for a hot chocolate or pudding. That happens maybe a couple of times a year.

What I also love is the taste between fruit and chocolate. And what better than an orange tasting chocolate pudding to drink? Here is my version… very paleo, very addictive!

Instructions
  1. Put all the ingredients except the coconut sugar into a small sauce pan. Mix well with an eggbeater and put the sauce pan on the heat.
  2. Now let it come to boil slowly. Don't stop to whisk as it could form clods otherwise.
  3. After it thickened enough put the pudding into two glasses and let it cool out completely and let it for an hour or until serving in the fridge.
  4. Decorate with coconut flower sugar before serving.
Recipe Notes

You can decorate also with some more orange zest or even a piece of orange.

If you like hot thick chocolate you can serve it right away from the sauce pan.
