I am lucky and don’t have to force myself to do healthy things, I naturally like the ‘right’ things. Like walking. I just take my camera and go!
So first I was less convinced of the very stormy and really ice-cold wind, in the end the sun tempted me to having a look on the beach. And I would say it was a very good decision, though it was freezing cold with wind from east. But look at the out-come!
