The fourth day of my smoothie challenge…
I think I like challenges. I followed on Facebook a 90 days challenge of a Facebook-friend who retired (the first 90 days of retirement) and I liked it. And – the most important to me – it gives me more discipline doing a challenge.
For the smoothie of today I chose a simple one. Apple and banana and cinnamon.. that’s it. Very simple and a quicky among the smoothies.
But a real challenge to photograph. I didn’t like even one of my shots. After a while I liked the last one, simple as the smoothie, no decoration, just the smoothie in the glass.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until perfectly smooth.
Who doesn't want to drink the apple kernels can cut out that part. I used the whole apple as it was organic and apple kernels are also important to eat sometimes.
The cinnamon could be replaced also with vanilla.
As vegetable juice I took the veggies I found in my fridge (carrots and cucumber) and juiced them with a juicer.
