Day three of my smoothie challenge…
Until now every smoothie was a hit! I think it is difficult not to like smoothies as they are so fruity and fresh. Perfect for the last days of summer, still very warm here in South Europe.
My smoothie today is again with melon (I still have a lot) mango and coconut milk. It doesn’t taste too much about coconut, though.

- Put all the ingredients into a blender and blend until completely smooth.
The original recipe used pineapple instead of melon.
I used coconut milk, in the recipe they used coconut water. There should be a difference at least in the consistency of the final smoothie.
The lemon juice should be lime juice. I had no lime so I took the lemon.
You can decorate the glasses with some coconut flakes that make more scene. I hadn't any unfortunately.
It s a summer drink and would be great when served cold. So let it sit for an hour or more int he fridge before serving. I don't like too much cold drinks so I had mine at room temperature and I loved it as well!
