30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 25)

Today I had a look what kind of fruit I still have because I had no real idea about a smoothie this morning. So when I found half a papaya still in the freezer I combined that with a banana and thought a tablespoon of barley grass – which normally I take in the evening – will be a great combination.

The outcome is a great warm, smooth drink with a high taste of banana and a light of papaya. The added date is not so necessary as the ripe banana is already very sweet. But for decoration it is perfect. What do you think?

Enjoy the smoothie of today!

Recipe Notes

The date is not really necessary as it gives even more sweetness and the banana would be already enough if ripe. But for decoration it's great!
