Today is the second day of my smoothie challenge.
I try to change every day the color and of course the taste. Today I decided for a green smoothie, packed with antioxidants and power.
And here is my second smoothie: a green power smoothie with mango, banana, moringa powder, kale and some water. Enjoy!
Ingredients
- 1/2 mango
- 1 banana
- 1 tbsp moringa powder
- 5-6 leaves kale
- 1/2 liter fresh water

Instructions
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until completely smooth.
Recipe Notes
I put some flax seed oil in the smoothie as I take that oil daily. There is no need though, it was my choice.
