30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 19)

Day 19 of my smoothie challenge. Every morning I am looking forward to my smoothie as it takes now longer for me to have breakfast. My usual morning routine is a glass of water when I wake up. Shortly after I have a cup of coffee sitting at the computer and checking my mails and what is happening on Facebook, Twitter and so on. But then my belly starts to talk to me. Something like “What do you think about some fuel?” And so I need my smoothie…

But that doesn’t mean I get up, go to the fridge and there is one ready. I still have to prepare it. OK, it takes a few minutes. But then I have to shoot it as well! That takes a lot of time more. At least half an hour if not more. So my belly get’s bored at a certain time and doesn’t want nothing anymore.

But in the moment I taste the super tasty smoothie, creamy with a hint of coconut milk mixed to the papaya… the world is again a happy place!
