The smoothie of day 14 is a variation of my simple banana smoothie I took for two years as breakfast. My breakfast smoothie is a banana, some water, cinnamon, and flax seed oil. This time I wanted to make a similar but yet different one.
I still like my banana shake. So this time I ‘pimped it up’ with some almond milk and cardamom spice. Cardamon is the third most expensive (!) spice and is used in bakery and drinks. I love it in coffee and use it often in winter bakery. It helps in digestion.
Ingredients
- 250 ml almond milk
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 banana
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 1 tsp cinnamon

- Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until perfectly mixed.
