Ooohhh.. today I have a wonderful smoothie. I love oranges, I love almond milk and I love bananas in a drink. And I always wanted to try Goji berries.
But attention: Goji is a nightshade plant! The dried fruits are often used as sweetener and are very nutrition dense. Gojis are known for increasing longevity and health.
I like the color of this smoothie as well. It looks sunny and reminds a lot of summer. Which in a few weeks will be again past and cold weather will arrive. So let’s drink the last sun rays!
Ingredients
- 1/4 cup dried Goji berries
- 1/2 cup banana
- 2 oranges (only juice)
- 150 ml almond milk

Instructions
- Soak the Goji berries for 20 minutes in some water.
- Put all the ingredients into the blender and mix until smooth and creamy.
