30 Smoothies – 30 Days of Pure Vitamin Bombs (day 12)

August and September are months of delicious berries like blueberries, blackberries, gooseberries and grapes. Strawberries unfortunately are long gone and the long waiting for the next year is already advanced. Berries are a potent cancer killer – did you know that?


For this super delicious berries mix I took some blackberries, red currants, grapes and an orange. I loved it! It is so creamy and mega yummy.

  1. Put all the ingredients into the blender and blend until completely smooth.
Recipe Notes

If you don't like the dense consistency add simply some water or also coconut water. Coconut milk will alter the taste a little bit. But also great I tried it.

Decorate the glass dipping it first in some water (only the rim of the glass) and then in some almond meal or if you like paleo conform sugar.
